Activation

Through the activation in the Purchasing Portal, companies will have access to the Portal Confidential Area, where they will take part in the electronic procedures managed through the same Portal.

In order to request the activation in the Portal, it is necessary to:

  • Register filling out the "Registration Form" upon explicitly accepting the informative report with regard to the privacy laws as in the D.Lgs. 196/2003;
  • acknowledge the "Portal Registration Contract" available in the area at the bottom of this page;
  • send the above-mentioned Contract duly filled out and digitally signed to the following email address: posteprocurement@bravosolution.it
    The Contract must be signed by the company legal representative or anyway by a person provided with appropriate powers, accompanied by a copy of a valid ID of the signer and by a special proxy, where necessary.

Upon reception of the contract and its positive verification, we will proceed to the company's activation in the Portal. The activation will be notified via mail to the address provided by the same Company while registering.

If necessary the companies involved will have the possibility to fill out the online Help Form or to contact the Customer Service at the number +39 02-266002636.

Please note that the activation in the Portal and the customer service are completely free of charge.
